Every man who's done this says the same thing: do it.
Most of them add: I didn't know I could look like that.
At Fox and Vixen, men's boudoir is treated with the same care and professionalism as any other portrait work. It's not a joke or a novelty. It's about creating strong, attractive images that most men don't already have — and didn't think they could.
Most men who book have thought about this for a while before reaching out. That's normal. The thing that stops most of them isn't interest — it's not being sure they're allowed to want this. That feeling is real, and it goes away fast.
The men who've come through here are different ages, different backgrounds, different reasons for booking. The only thing they had in common going in was not being sure they should be here. Every one of them was glad they came.
Why Men Book Boudoir
Most men don't have photos that show them as confident, attractive, and sensual. Everyday pictures capture moments — they rarely capture how a man looks when the goal is to show that side of him clearly.
Men book for milestone birthdays, fitness changes, post-divorce reinvention, or simply because they've reached a point where they want something that's purely for themselves. Some have struggled with how they see themselves for a long time and want to change that — not just be told they look fine, but actually see it. Others come in already confident and want photos that match how they feel.
The most common reason — the one most men don't say out loud until after the session — is simpler than any of those. They want to see themselves the way someone who finds them attractive already does. And they want to do it for themselves, not for anyone else.
Some men never show the photos to a single person. They keep them entirely private. That outcome is just as complete as any other.
Is This Actually for Regular Guys?
It is. But most men asking that question already know the answer — they're really asking something else. They're asking whether it means something about them that they want this. Whether other men would find it strange. Whether wanting to be seen as attractive somehow costs them something.
Men who've been through the session are consistent on this: it doesn't. If anything it goes the other direction. The men who describe the experience afterward don't sound like men who did something that questioned their identity. They sound like men who did something most men won't.
If you're worried about what people will think — your images are yours entirely. Nothing is shared without your written permission. What you do with them, and who if anyone you show, is completely up to you.
Why Choose Fox and Vixen
Men's boudoir requires a specific kind of experience and approach. Not every photographer is comfortable photographing men in this space, and not every studio knows how to keep the work feeling confident and controlled rather than awkward.
We've been creating bold, intimate portrait work for over a decade. We're a husband-and-wife team — Mike handles the photography and direction, Angi supports the session with styling guidance, posing adjustments, and encouragement throughout. That combination is one of the main reasons men consistently say the session felt easier than they expected.
We pay close attention to posture, expression, and pacing — adjusting in real time so the images look strong, sensual, and controlled. The work looks like it belongs in a magazine. Every session is handled discreetly from start to finish, and your images are never shared without your explicit permission.
““I went in thinking I’d hate at least half the pictures. I was wrong. I couldn’t believe how the photos turned out. My partner saw them and looked at me completely differently. That made the whole thing worth it.””
How the Experience Works
STEP 1: It starts with a conversation.
Before anything is scheduled, we talk. The consultation call is a chance to ask questions, understand how the session works, and make sure this is a good fit. We'll cover what you want, what you're unsure about, and what you want to avoid. No pressure to book on the call.
STEP 2: You prepare with clear guidance.
Once your session is booked, you'll receive straightforward prep guidance covering wardrobe, timing, and what to expect. Think about clothes you already own that make you feel good — a jacket, well-fitting jeans, some great pairs of underwear. We'll walk through the full styling conversation before your session so you arrive feeling ready, not guessing.
STEP 3: You're guided through the entire session.
On shoot day, we guide you step by step through posing, posture, and expression. You won't be left wondering what to do or how to stand. Most men say the self-consciousness they walked in with was gone within the first 20-30 minutes. You don't need to plan anything in advance — we adapt as the session unfolds.
STEP 4: You choose how to keep your images.
After your session, you'll view your images privately and choose your favorites. Many men select albums or wall art so the images exist as finished pieces, not just files. Digital options are also available. Your session is handled with complete discretion — nothing is shared without your written permission.
Your Session Starts with a Conversation
Booking a men's boudoir session doesn't start with a commitment. It starts with a conversation.
A consultation call is a chance to talk through what you're looking for, ask questions, and get a clear picture of how the session works. There's no pressure to book during the call — and no obligation if it's not the right fit.
For a limited time, the session fee is $99 instead of $399.
The session fee covers the time, planning, and photography. Portrait collections — prints, albums, wall art, or digital files — are purchased separately after your image viewing. Collections start at $1,600, with an average investment around $2,500. Payment plans are available.

Our Work
Every men’s boudoir session is photographed with the same goal: to create images that show confidence and sex appeal clearly.
Some sessions are subtle. Some are more bold. Some lean quiet and controlled. Others have more intensity. What stays consistent is how the work is handled.
You decide what feels right for you. We guide the session so the images look strong, confident, and self-assured.
Common Questions About Men’s Boudoir
Q: Do men really book boudoir sessions?
A: They do — more than most people expect. Men book for milestone birthdays, fitness transformations, post-divorce reinvention, or simply because they want images that show confidence and sex appeal at this stage of life. Men in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond are all common.
Q: Do I need to be in great shape?
A: No. There's no required body type. Men's boudoir is about how you look in the finished images, not about having a specific physique going in. Professional lighting, posing, and direction create images that look strong and flattering regardless of build. Men consistently leave surprised by what the camera captured.
Q: I've never done anything like this. Will it feel awkward?
A: It's normal to feel uncertain at first — almost every man does. The session is fully guided, so you're never left wondering what to do. Most men say the self-consciousness they walked in with was largely gone within the first 20-30 minutes. The most common reaction afterward is that it felt easier than expected.
Q: Is men's boudoir only for certain types of men?
A: Not at all. We've photographed men of different ages, backgrounds, orientations, and body types. If you're wondering whether wanting this says something about you — it doesn't, other than that you had the confidence to do something most men won't.
Q: Do I have to be nude?
A: No. There's no required level of nudity. Some sessions stay fully or mostly clothed. Others include more minimal looks, up to and including nudity. You decide what you're comfortable with, and nothing happens without your agreement. Most men find their comfort level expands naturally as the session progresses.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Bring clothes you already own that make you feel good — a jacket, well-fitting jeans, some great pairs of underwear. You don't need to buy anything new. After booking you'll receive detailed prep guidance, and we'll talk through wardrobe together before the session starts.
Q: Who will be in the room?
A: Mike will be your photographer and director. Angi will be there to help with styling, posing adjustments, and encouragement. You're welcome to bring a supportive partner or friend if that helps. No one else is present.
Q: Will my photos be shared online?
A: Never without your written permission. Some men choose to allow sharing. Many keep everything completely private. Both are equally common and equally respected. Your images go nowhere without your explicit written consent.
Q: What happens after the session?
A: You'll return for a private image viewing appointment where you'll see your full gallery, choose your favorites, and decide how you'd like to keep them. Many men select albums or wall art. Digital files are also available. The appointment is private and unhurried.
Q: What does a session cost?
A: The session fee is currently $99 (regularly $399), covering the consultation, planning, and full guided shoot. Portrait collections are purchased separately after your image viewing and start at $1,600. The average client investment is approximately $2,500. Payment plans are available.
Q: What's the first step?
A: Schedule a consultation call. It's free, takes about 20 minutes, and carries no obligation. We'll answer every question you have and schedule your session if it feels like a good fit.
