Guys actually do this. They're glad they did.
Men's boudoir for regular guys. Whatever brought you here, you're in the right place.
Maybe it's an anniversary and you want to do something she won't see coming. Maybe you just wondered what you'd actually look like. Either way, this is a real thing men do, and it's handled with the same care as any other portrait work.
You don't have to be a model
Most of the men who book here are regular guys. Different ages, different builds, dad bods included. You don't have to walk in looking like a magazine cover to leave with photos that look like they belong in one. Most men leave surprised by how strong the photos turned out.
The look we start from is exactly that: strong, clean, closer to GQ or Calvin Klein than anything soft or feminine. You don't have to earn it with a six-pack. And if you want to take it a different direction, that's your call.
You'll have a reason, and you won't have to figure out the rest
Men book for all kinds of reasons. An anniversary or a gift. A milestone birthday or a fitness change. Some come in already confident. Plenty just reach a point where they want one set of photos that actually looks like them at their best.
Whatever your reason, you won't be left to figure out the posing. Mike directs every shot and Angi works alongside him, so you always know what to do with your hands, your stance, your face. You show up. The direction is our job.
The session is comfortable. It's not what you're picturing
The photos are meant to look sensual. The shoot that makes them isn't. It's a directed, professional portrait session from start to finish, not the intimate situation some men brace for going in.
You're never in the room alone with a camera and a vague instruction to relax. Mike shoots, Angi co-directs, both of them guiding the whole way. And your photos are yours. Nothing is shared without your written permission, ever.
“I was researching boudoir pictures for my ten year wedding anniversary. It was difficult finding reputable photographers that offered male photos. I found Fox and Vixen through an ad on Facebook.
I had my phone consult and prepped for the big day. Angi and Mike made it so easy and enjoyable. They took their time to make sure I was comfortable with each set of photos and delivered absolutely amazing pictures!
I’m looking forward to doing couples photos soon so that my wife can have a similar experience. I would recommend them to anyone that’s interested in trying this out!”
How It Works
1. Start with a call. A short consultation to talk through what you want, what you'd rather avoid, and how the session runs. No pressure to book on the call.
2. Prep with guidance. Once your date is held, you'll get clear prep on what to wear and what to expect. Bring clothes you already own that make you feel good. A jacket, well-fitting jeans, a few good pairs of underwear. Nothing to buy.
3. Shoot day, fully directed. We walk you through every pose. Most men say the nerves they walked in with were gone in the first 20 to 30 minutes.
Reserve Your Date
Booking starts with a conversation, not a commitment. The call is free, takes about 20 minutes, and there's no obligation if it's not the right fit.
The session fee is currently $149 instead of $399, and it holds your shoot date. The fee covers the time, planning, and photography. Portrait collections, prints, albums, wall art, or digital files, are chosen separately at your ordering appointment, after you've seen your finished photos. Collections start at $1,600, with an average around $2,500. Payment plans are available.
Common Questions
Q: Isn't this kind of a women's thing? Or a gay thing?
A: No. Men of all ages, builds, and orientations book this. Wanting strong, attractive photos of yourself doesn't say anything about you except that you did something most men won't. The look is masculine unless you ask for something different, and photographing men is a normal part of what we do, not a novelty.
Q: Do I need to be in shape?
A: No. There's no required body type. The lighting, posing, and direction are built to make you look strong regardless of build. How you look in the finished photos is the point, not the shape you're in when you walk in.
Q: I wouldn't know what to do. Will that be a problem?
A: Not at all. Posing is our job. Mike directs every shot and Angi works alongside him, so you're guided the whole way. You don't need to plan or practice anything.
Q: Is the shoot itself awkward or sensual?
A: The photos are meant to look sensual. The session that makes them is a directed, professional shoot, and that's all it is in the room. Most men say it felt easier and more normal than they expected. The work stays tasteful, never explicit.
Q: Where does it happen, and how long does it take?
A: Our private Pearland studio, just south of Houston. Plan on about 2 to 2.5 hours of photography, with multiple outfit changes built in.
Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
A: You can reschedule once with proper notice, no penalty. The fee is non-refundable if you cancel outright. And if you see your finished photos and you're unhappy with them, the fee is refunded.
Q: Who sees the photos?
A: Only you, unless you decide otherwise. Nothing is shared without your written permission. Some men show them off. Many keep them completely private. Both are normal.
Q: What's the first step?
A: Reserve your date and we'll set up your consultation call. We'll answer every question and book the session if it feels right.
